Abstract
Measurement of gastric emptying The use of Electrical Impedance Imaging to monitor gastric emptying is well established in both adults and infants [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]. The technique has been used in the diagnosis of pyloric stenosis in infants [6], and has been used to detect the presence of the migrating myoelectric complex in the stomach [7].
