Abstract :
A broadband resistively loaded printed monopole antenna is proposed. Bandwidth has been broadening by the use of materials with appropriate conductivities of whom the indium tin oxide semiconductor. The conductivity distributed law was specified to maintain a two octave bandwidth with a good gain and high efficiency. The antenna geometry, its fabrication, the simulated and the measured results are discussed.
