Abstract :
The new automatic charge pattern using IC card is designed to facilitate prospective customers of Chen-Mian-Le passenger transportation line. Firstly, the paper proposed this new pattern´s overall structure, the theories and methods on how to fulfill its functions. Secondly, the paper designed concerned models in the B/S structure and examined the pattern´s functions, such as the creation of a passenger ID account with boarding card, in- advance charge storing, seats allocation, trip labels recording, travelling distance calculation, and fares charging in the database. Finally, the paper verified the feasibility and convenience of the new toll collection model.
