Abstract :
A closed loop supply chain with one manufacturer and one retailer is considered in fuzzy environment, the manufacturer is in charge of collecting the used product. The manufacturer produces a new product directly from raw materials or from collected products and wholesales it to the retailer who then sells it to the end consumer. The optimal wholesale price, optimal retail price and optimal collecting rate are given under centralized and decentralized decision cases.
