Abstract
The global condition of the fuel cell engine which is one of new vehicle power systems has four conditions, i.e. start condition, idling condition, running condition and halt condition. Firstly, by analyzing the test data of a fuel cell engine, the output and operating parameters of the engine under each condition are studied. Furthermore, the target of the control system was defined, controlled variables, state variables and multiple variables were analyzed. Finally, the adaptive control structure was compared with the cascade control structure under the global conditions, and it was believed that the adaptive control was more effective.
