  • Abstract
    A new Active Disturbance Rejection Control (ADRC) controller to oscillation device of continuous casting mold which is of uncertain disturbances and time-variable is proposed in this paper. The ADRC controller showed the following characteristics: Tracking-Differentiator was reduced because the desired trajectory was a known curve; A first-order filter was added to the ESO to reduce the disturbance of noise and to make the response faster; What´s more, stability of the ESO and feedback loop analysis showed that parameters could be simpler to make the parameters tuning easier. The experiment results show that this ADRC has the advantages of anti-disturbance, with tuning parameters easily.
