  • Abstract
    The paper set up the comprehensive index system of low-carbon economy of the city. It applied for the rough set theory to preprocess the data, then reduced the attribute, and finally extracted the rules for comprehensively evaluating the specific operating condition of some typical cities in Shandong Province.
