Abstract :
The few-layer graphene (FLG) is synthesized by using microwave enhanced chemical vapor deposition method. The shape of FLG is controlled by adjusting the synthesis parameter. The field emission characteristics of FLGs with different shapes were tested and it is found that the field emission characteristic was strongly influenced by the tip shape, the height of the FLGs.
