Abstract :
Millimeter wave technology has a wide range of application in the military, medical and many other fields. Thermal biological effect caused by millimeter waves is very complicated, there are so many related parameters, including: the Incident Power Density (IPD), the frequency of millimeter waves, the exposure time, boundary conditions, blood flow, metabolic rates and so on. According to the bio-heat transfer equation and the propagation characteristics of millimeter wave in animal skin, using ANSYS software, this paper established the three-dimensional transient model of the temperature field of animal skin, and compared the results with the experimental data, proved the accuracy of the model, this model provides the theoretical basis for the study of the inverse problem of Active Denial System (ADS).
