Abstract :
An algorithm for frequency estimation of continuous sinusoidal signal corrupted by complex white Gaussian noise was proposed. Devide the samples evenly and get many sinusoid sequences with the same frequency. Correlation accumulation could decrease the number of the signal samples and increase the output signal-to-noise ratio. Interpolation on Fourier coefficients made it possible to get the optimal frequency estimate. The computer simulation results showed that the performance of proposed method was asymptotic to Cramer-Rao bound.
