Western developed countries have laid down relevant laws based on non-profit organizations and agent theories and carried out effective management to boost industrial economy. These laws have enabled these countries to function actively in WTO-related affairs. In addition, the management of commercial chambers in these countries is also efficient and highly developed. This article analyses various legal and managerial problems in Chinese commercial chambers and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
