Abstract :
A new era is characterized by the communication environment, where networks and services are extended locally and globally on a massive scale with huge amount of capacity and a variety of wide-band applications. In this talk, newly evolving aspects in the ICT networks and services are presented. Cloud networking and computing provide business customers with freedom to access many useful software and data resources. Gigabit FTTH will entertain people by streaming 3D free-view point videos and 8K videos. LTE will achieve 100Mb/s services in the mobile world. Social networking services connecting billions of people on the globe are another feature in a new era. On the other hand convenience always tends to exist with threat. In this context security issues both in networks and data, which are rising up into much importance, will also be discussed.
