  • Abstract
    In this study, we adopt polyaniline (PANI) as hole transport layer (HTL) in polymer light emitting diode. The devices exhibited a maximum luminance of 32200 cd/m2 and a maximum current efficiency of 2.62cd/A, respectivily.
