Abstract :
The research on the problem of control and synchronization of the chaotic system would be carried out in the paper. Using the property of state estimated of state observe and self-learning ability of RBF, The adaptive and reliable controller combined RBF network with state observer was presented. At the same time, the condition of state error convergence as well as that of control and synchronization would be analyzed. And then the simulation was carried out. The results illustrated that is effective and valid.
