After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In this paper, several basic models of complex networks be studied, and I improve the BA scale-free network model. According to the characteristics of transmission of the virus in real network, I take some experiments, and get the experimental data. According to experimental results, I put forward a specific containment strategy, and do the simulations. Find that this containment strategy plays a very good deterrent in the early spread of the virus.
