  • Abstract
    Apply Pro/e to 3D modeling of all robot parts, the virtual assembly and motion simulation of all robot parts such as gear, axis and pedestal and so on in Pro/e assembly module were presented in details. The relationship between the structural design of robot parts was examined according to the assembly effect, and then whether there is interference phenomenon existed should be observed. Finally, whether the structural design of robot is reasonable should be further observed by means of motion simulation of robot.
