Abstract :
Melt Fracture (MF) is a kind of unstable fluxion of extruding moulding. We have analyzed the process of MF and introduced macromolecule material solid solution´s viscosity and unstable fluxion which can damage the stable fluxion. This is the main reason of MF which caused by irregular moulding and slippage. In this paper, we also have studied the mechanism of melt fracture, what we have studied is import to eliminate melt fracture.
