Abstract
Based on Alpha Stable Distribution, the frequency features of the optical transient signal are analyzed. The result is that the signal of Spatial Transient Optical is a random signal. Using the estimations FLOM covariation-Spectrum, this method is not applicable when the value of Alpha is below 1. A method of the estimation of FLOC is proposed, and the comparison of two spectrum estimations on results of emulator shows that the method proposed in this article presents a good capability and it can be widely applied to Alpha-stable distribution. Especially when the value of Alpha is small, the method of FLOC spectrum estimation has an incomparable advantage.
