Abstract :
This paper presents a main designing structure of electronic electricity meter (EEM) which based on the ADE7755. The design adopts the pulse signal which is in proportion to load active power and it produced by the dedicated electricity measurement chip ADE7755. The pulse is measured and displayed by STC89C54RD and (micro controller union) MCU respectively. Non-isolated Power save time is 83ms. At the same time the basic designing of electricity measurement module, clock module and displaying module are successfully implemented in the software platform. The results of testing show that this single-phase electricity meter has the accuracy of 99.5%, high reliable of power safeguard and low cost.
