Abstract :
In mechanical manufacturing, it is often process for the plane finishing problem. In many applications, the surface finishment of parts will have very high demand, at the same time, keep surface edges integrity. However, in the actual, the manual polishing method is often used for finishing, which is not only high labor intensity, but also difficult to reach the surface roughness and requirements. So the ellipse vibration grinding process method is put forward. The ellipse vibration grinding mechanism is analyzed, and the plane surface finishing experiments are carried. It can be seen from the experimental results that the ellipse vibration grinding process method can get the finishing requirement and has the features of high efficiency and brief operation. The ellipse vibration grinding new process method has high practical value.
