Abstract :
The financial scientific and technology investment plays an important role in our country. The purpose of this investment performance evaluation is measuring the effectiveness exerted by financial investment in order that the funds are allocated by the best way. Based on the construction of evaluation index system, by using Stochastic Entropy Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method, this paper shows a performance evaluation on the Shijiazhuang scientific and technology projects. And it put out the evaluation index system and use above method in the index system. Then we obtain a good result.
