Abstract

Biosensor is one kind of device taking the biological activity unit as sensitive unit, combining chemistry, physics transition elements, which is quite sensitive to the aimed objects and can select the targets properly and accurately. It has many advantages, such as high sensitivity, quick speed in examination, simple operation, low cost, continuously dynamic observation and so on. Apart from the introduction of Biosensor´s characteristics and usual application, this paper will be concerning the application of Biosensor in domains including the Food Industry, Environmental Monitoring, Fermentation Industry, and Medicine. The prospects for development of Biosensor will be discussed briefly as well.
