Abstract :
Aiming at the problems of the subsoiler in the developing process, based on analyzing foundation to the basic structure and operating principles of the subsoiler, the machine´s 3D models and prototype have been finished. In order to validate the prototype´s field adaptability and structure rationality, we carry out the field performance test and research. Test results show that various performance indexes are able to meet the design requirements, the machine has good field adaptability and reasonable dynamic matching. It provides theoretical basis for the further development and optimum design of the subsoiler.
