  • Abstract
    Based on the electromechanical coupling system energy conservation equation, the ponderomotive force expression of a discrete electromechanical coupling system with approximation and quasi-stable is obtained. It is applied to RLC series circuit and micro-beam coupled system. Using Newton´s law and Lagrange equation, the equations of motion of RLC series circuit and micro-beam coupled system are obtained respectively. The intrinsic link between two establishing model methods is given through the ponderomotive force.
