On process industry control based on wireless sensor network technology

This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the superior performance in real-timing and reliability of short-range wireless network system. Considering the characteristic of high requirement of process industry in real-timing and reliability for data transmission between devices, it puts forward that the wireless sensor network can replace the wire network based on field bus to provide technical support for the field application of process industry. Finally, this paper demonstrates the feasibility of applying wireless sensor network to process industry.
