Abstract :
On the basis of analyzing the traffic actuality, a set of video attemper system based on IP network is designed. Capable of reliably transmitting the video, audio, record and other monitoring information, this system is described with respect to its structure and work flow. Some pivotal technologies involved in this system, such as the clipping method used to clip the input video data, the distributing strategy of the matrix, are analyzed in detail. At last, the typical applications of this system in the intelligent transportation system are analyzed. It has been proved that this system can meet the demands for the intelligent transportation system.
