Abstract :
With the growing application of hydraulic technology in engineering field, due to the increase of load capacity of large equipment requires several implementation components simultaneously drive the working part, so synchronization control becomes more and more important. In this paper, study the synchronous control problems of double electro-hydraulic servo system, for mechanical couple exist in double servo systems caused by not synchronization, design decouple controller. When the double servo systems are not synchronous, according to the change of the two chambers pressure to compensate disturbance. Then achieve the purpose of synchronization. The simulation results show that the method has high synchronization accuracy.
