Abstract :
In order to get an improved GM (1, 1), Genetic Algorithm was used to optimize the initial value and the background value of traditional GM (1, 1). Combining the new GM with BP neural network, a tandem Grey Neural Network model was built. The model was used to predict the population of Ji Lin province. The results show that the prediction model has stronger adaptability, better promotion ability and higher precision.
