  • Abstract
    As to the location optimization of the express aviation, this paper presents a scientific and effective hub choice evaluation model, focusing on the goal of cost optimization. The result of optimization is automatically employed in the type and quantity selection of the freighters, accordingly a reference evaluation model is established for the express hub optimization, freighters selection and flight path design in the express aviation network. Genetic algorithm is applied in the solution of the model, with code rules and crossover operators being set correspondingly. In the last part, feasibility and effectiveness of this model is verified through a case study on optimization calculation.
