Abstract
Taking a cigarette factory as an example, this paper uses the method combining the WSR methodology in systems science with the cause and effect diagram in quality management to systematically analyze the factors affecting the cigarette quality from the aspects of Wuli-Shili-Renli, and finds out the main factors that affect the cigarette quality, then gives the cause and effect diagram that improves the cigarette quality. It points out that the key factor to improve the cigarette quality is to put the technology of SPC (Statistical Process Control), especially the technology of the control chart into the real-time control of the production process. Finally some effective suggestions to improve the quality of cigarette are put forward from the system point of view.
