Abstract :
This paper used DEA method to analyze and evaluate the state-owned forest resources allocation efficiency of four forestry authorities which belong to Heilongjiang provincial forestry industry administration from 2005 to 2009, and corresponding reasonable suggestions and solutions were proposed for the state-owned forest resources allocation of Heilongjiang provincial forestry industry administration based on evaluation results.
