Abstract
The measurement results for the intermodulation effect and the amplitude-frequency effect of two power BAW resonators having the anti-series and the anti-parallel connections are reported. The significant reduction of the second harmonic component obtained w.r.t. the series and parallel connections is confirmed. The possible origin of this behavior is discussed.
