  • Abstract
The deer placenta polypeptide has dense fishy smell and it is easy to be oxidized. The fishy smell of the deer placenta polypeptide was shielded and it was prevented from be oxidized through embedding the porous starch-deer placenta polypeptid with two kinds of wall material(glutin and β-cyclodextrin).The experimental result shows: the deer placenta polypeptide was absorbed by porous starch, which can be completed within 100 minute. The adsorbance is 24.8mg. Among the microcapsulation that the porous starch-deer placenta polypeptid acts as core material, the glutin embedding rate is above β-cyclodextrin embedding rate. The maximum embedding rate attain to 55.33%. The microcapsulation which core material is the porous starch-deer placenta polypeptid and wall material is β-cyclodextrin keeps maximum activity.
