Abstract
An effective and improved method of curve segment similarly based on the Hausdorff distance is put forward in this paper. when the Hausdorff distance is calculated, according to the characteristic of curve segment, a certain neighborhood of the calculation is divided on the contrast curve segment, then a project similar idea is adopted. The similar value of the unidirectional Hausdorff distance is calculated in this area, then the similar LTS HD is calculated. The experimental results demonstrate that the method of curve segment similarly has better speed and high accuracy, and it provides reliable and accurate data for petroleum reservoir development.
