Abstract :
A series of psychophysical experiments were made to test color difference threshold of displayed images under varies lighting levels. Four ISO SCID 400 images were used as test image pairs, which were changed in lightness, chroma and hue respectively. The experimental results shows that the lighting conditions have little effect on the threshold of Color Difference sensation; The threshold of three color attributes in the descend order is Chroma>; Lightness>; Hue; Image content has a certain influence on the threshold evaluation.
