Abstract :
An automotive radar sensor operating in the 77 GHz band is presented. The sensor is realized using low-cost PCB technology, directly integrating all millimeter-wave components including the antenna feed on a SiGe integrated circuit transceiver. The construction of the radar sensor frontend is described and the sensor performance is evaluated.
