Abstract :
Narrow band Doppler selection, adaptive control of threshold and rank procedures usage for detection of targets on background of sea is considered. Using records of the real scattering from the sea are obtained in the millimeter and centimeter bands the simulation of the detector is carried out. It is shown the high efficiency is reached by using adaptive whitening jointly with non-parametric detection. Using of joint processing of the output narrow band filtered signals on orthogonal polarizations allows obtaining additional gain if detecting the targets on back ground of sea.
