Abstract :
Multi-tenant SaaS software as one of the application pattern in Cloud Computing delivers software thourgh Web to the users by rhe service manner. So, it can reduce the cost of users, and reduce the cost of the maintainess and management by providers. The first problem that must be considered is how to provide the most appropriate tenant to the user according to the business request from the user in different level. In the basis of interaction oriented multi-tenant SaaS application, this paper propose a conversation protocol matching method based on graph matching. This method uses A* algorithm, and finds the most similar model graph matching to user request through ECGM testing. Also, we improve the efficiency of subgraph isomorphism method by tenant model filtering based on complete business model. Through he simulation experimental, it represents this method can achieve the most similar results, and the efficiency is improved.
