Path Analysis on the Continued Service of Transferred College for Original Industries

With the implementation of the strategy of "Prospering the Nation with Science and Education" and reform of higher educational system, transferred colleges are being in an critical and important period of transition and development. The task of how to continue to serve the original industries after being transferred, not only relates to the development of the original industry, but also becomes the thought-provoking problems in the develop process of transferred colleges. This paper starts from the current situation analysis of Chinese transferred colleges, further explores the environment of transferred colleges\´ continuing service to original industries and proposes the specific approaches of continuing serve for original industries from two aspects which are the transferred colleges themselves and original industries\´ policy support.
