Abstract
As the student exchange project becomes common among international universities, it´s obviously more and more vital for exchange and native students to share their own knowledge. Knowledge sharing behavior between exchange students and native students is of great importance for knowledge innovation, international friendship enhancement, the understanding of cultural differences, and the abandonment of prejudices. The theory of planned behavior (TPB), which is generally accepted in the study of human behavior, is used in this paper. Based on TPB, this paper constructed a concrete model of the elements which influence the knowledge sharing behavior between the exchange and the native students. This TPB-based model helped to propose several measures from four aspects to promote the knowledge sharing behavior discussed in this paper.
