Abstract
From the perspective of innovation process management of manufacturing enterprise, this paper analyzes the shortages in the existing innovation system, with the combination of TRIZ idea and method, studies the relationships of organizational functions, organizational structure, organizational processes and organizational information and key elements, which exist in the innovation process of manufacturing enterprise, establishes the system framework for innovation and coordination management of manufacturing enterprise, and finally, emphasizes the design and applications of synergetic innovation management system so as to resolve internal connection and unbalance problems between innovation, collaborative and operation processes. Empirical results show that, the synergetic innovation and management scheme of manufacturing enterprise with fully operability can effectively resolve coordination problems, creating value for enterprise.
