Abstract
Knowledge governance is the epistemology and methodology to provide the effective institutional arrangement and governance mechanism for implementing the knowledge management activities within the organizations and external. Knowledge governance has been found to play a significant role in improving and enhancing organizations´ knowledge competitive advantage and innovation competence. During the governance process, knowledge governance managers act as the invaluable role. It is necessary and important for organizations to find out the influencing factors and the methods how to evaluate the ability of knowledge governance managers. Therefore this paper points out the evaluation index system firstly. It consists of organizational capacity index system, market dealing capacity index system and collaboration capacity index system. Then this paper presents a fuzzy multiple index evaluation method for measuring the ability of knowledge governance managers and then gives an illustrative example.
