Abstract
Young university teachers are in full membership of the early career stage. According to the characteristics of young university teachers, summarize the characteristics of the following performance requirements, the diversity of needs, the urgency of demand, and the pertinence of demand, Performance of burnout includes low organizational commitment, role psychological conflict and lack of professional happiness. For young teachers, level of burnout is relatively low, also young teachers have a certain sense of self-change. The reasons for burnout have disadvantage group, imbalance between demand and supply, and personal factors. So we establish tutor system implantation mechanism and management model based on the analysis above. According to related data research, we can come to conclusion that tutor system will help to enhance the professional competence of young teachers, help young teachers into the team. In addition, the charisma of senior tutor will cause great impact on psychological of young teachers, help young teachers shape right academic ethics and values.
