Study on the Self-oriented Innovation Capacity of Enterprises Based on Four-dimension Perspective

The study on the definition and dimensions of self oriented innovation capacity of enterprises is the base and key to evaluating self-oriented innovation capacity of enterprises scientifically and appropriately. Based on the definition of self oriented innovation capacity of enterprises, the four dimensions of self-oriented innovation capacity of enterprises are proposed: driving force of self-oriented innovation, integration capacity of self-oriented innovation resources, production capacity of self-oriented innovation and sustainable ability of self-oriented innovation. The paper proves that four dimensions are reasonable and feasible through investigation. The four dimensions can be used to measure the self-oriented innovation capacity of an enterprise and applied to not only the horizontal comparison among enterprises but also vertical comparison inside an enterprise itself at different stages.
