Abstract :
The economy and social development in HeilongJiang province is greatly influenced by energy production and consumption. In this paper, by using grey model (1,1), the primary energy consumption and production and electricity power consumption and production are respectively predicted. And it is concluded that when concerning primary energy, there will be evidently insufficient in its production, so that the alternative sources of energy should be developed as soon as possible. While in the electricity power, the future production not only exceeds the consumption but also their differences seem to be larger. So, the electricity production should be developed at a stable speed and the adjustment to production structure should be focused on.
