Abstract
Nowadays, Chinese family-owned enterprises account for a large proportion in all types of businesses, and play an important role in the national economy. But its familial human resource management have always existed many problems, such as the singleness of corporate governance, patriarchal system, the overlap of ownership and franchise and "cronyism", which restrict family enterprises to develop further. This paper tried to interpret this issue from the perspective of social capital, analyze its causes, and eventually propose some corresponding measures and suggestions to improve the level of human resource management.
