How to Create a Knowledge Management Method? A Primary Study

As more and more companies come to see the importance of knowledge management (KM), they are more or less implementing KM methods in their business activities. Based on the analysis of the existing KM methods, this paper aims at proposing the main fundamental steps, including acquisition, modeling, retrieval, maintenance and reuse, in creating new knowledge management methods. The procedure of creating KM methods proposed in this paper can be a useful guidance for enterprises when creating their own KM methods.
