Discussion on Financial Support for the Enterprise of Returning Migrant Workers

In recent years, the enterprise of returning migrant workers was playing an important role in China. In this paper, the importance of the enterprise of returning migrant workers was summarized. The current situations of financial support the enterprise of returning migrant workers were analyzed from state-level and local-level, and the dilemmas of financial support the enterprise of returning migrant workers were expatiated in demand and supply. Based on those discussions, it was put forward that some policy suggestions and innovation ways on how to improve financial support to the enterprise of returning migrant workers: establishing multi-level and multi-participant rural financial service system, innovating rural financial products and services, establishing diversified rural credit guarantee system, constructing rural credit environment, training to migrant workers, strengthening government fiscal support.
