Abstract
With the deepening of economic globalization, human resource (HR) outsourcing has become an important organizational strategy for multinational company to achieve externalization. Due to the immature development of external market and uncertainty of human resources outsourcing, multinational company faces great risk when implementing outsourcing. In this paper, the risk source of outsourcing is analyzed from macro and micro two levels and six different perspectives. Furthermore, this article proposes pertinent risk control strategies of human resource outsourcing for multinational company in order to benefit enterprise´s development.
