Evaluation Research on the University Knowledge Service Facing to Enterprises

We know University have many researchers, they have much knowledge, so there is a good base to provide knowledge service for enterprises. This paper introduce the origin of knowledge service and analyze different definition of knowledge service, and then, from the characteristic of university to study the content and the model facing to enterprises of university knowledge service, then construct the index system and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the level of university knowledge service. This system conclude three hierarchies, three middle indexes and ten basic indexes, at last, use the model to evaluate the effect of the reality of university knowledge service. The significance of this paper provide a method to evaluate the effect of University knowledge service.
